METAL FABRICATION

We manufacture from sheet or stainless steel, aluminium or marine grade aluminium. Our products can be customised to meet your specific needs, including drilling, tapping, punching, milling, RFI/EMC shielding.

Our CNC technology is linked to a CAD/CAM manufacturing system, which gives E-TAB maintenance company the versatility to offer fabricated parts in a range of shapes and material to suit virtually any purpose.

A wide variety of colours and shades are available in either a smooth or textured finish using powder coating or stove enamelling. We can also offer screen printing and engraving.

POWDER COATING

E-TAB maintenance company boasts a state-of-the-art painting and assembly line in its purpose-designed factory, including powder coating facilities.

We offer painting by powder coating to any colour, or can usually paint any special colour or coating by discussion, all from our own in-house paint facility.

Powder coating gives one of the most economical, longest-lasting, and most colour-durable quality finishes available on virtually any type of metal. Powder coated surfaces are more resistant to chipping, scratching, fading, and wearing than other finishes.

ELECTRICAL DESIGN

E-TAB maintenance company is a market leader in electrical design: including the design and manufacture of custom-built control panels, LV switchboards and motor control centres (MCCs) that are used within commerce, industrial divisions, marine sections and the Ministry of Defence.

E-TAB maintenance company offers a ‘one-stop-shop’ for all stages of electrical design and manufacture: from inception to completion, we can manage every stage of the project.

Our team of design engineers, using the latest 3D design software, can sketch a design brief for approval. We can then deliver the project as a whole, including metalwork design, electrical design and PLC design.

ELECTRICAL ASSEMBLY

E-TAB maintenance company carries out in-house fabrication of switchboards, panels and consoles. By offering this service from our factory in Hull, we are able to offer customised designs and to maintain a close control on quality.

We are also specialists in designing machinery control room and bridge control consoles, as well as enclosures for the marine industrial, renewable and offshore markets.

We offer various levels of design for our consoles:

• Design of console fully fitted and wired with equipment supplied by E-TAB maintenance company Corporation
• Design of console fully fitted with equipment provided by the client
• Design of console enclosure

We have experience of designing machinery control room consoles (MCR) for small workboats through to large industrial units and cruise liners including the Queen Mary II.

Our skilfully trained technicians can procure materials, assemble components and test on completion either our design or from your approved design your project needs.

ELECTRICAL TESTING AND REFURBISHMENT

E-TAB maintenance company  has experience in providing comprehensive electrical installation services to marine, industrial, commercial and public sector clients.

A complete range of services is available on- and off-shore by a team of fully-trained engineers to include:

• PLC programming
• Site installation
• Testing
• Commissioning

Our dedicated engineering staff offer a total package from the initial cost estimation of a project through to full design and commissioning.

Our project management teams will typically be involved from a very early stage, along with our site installation teams, which helps to ensure a positive outcome as well as accountability at every stage.

Testing is carried out in-house in our own well-equipped test suite before any of our electrical products leave our workshops.

Onsite inspection and testing using portable equipment is also available during the commissioning of the completed installation.
